Pat is a trained tax professional for individual and business tax preparation. Pat has been doing small business and non-profit business bookkeeping for over 35 years. She handles billing, invoices, payroll and other finance tasks. Pat is a whiz on QuickBooks and many of our clients rely on her expertise. Pat has been a Notary Public for over 20 years.
Jeff Blake — Tax Preparer / Enrolled Agent / Notary
Jeff has formerly owned and operated a successful marketing agency, and became a CTEC Certified tax preparer in 2018. Since then, he has passed all the requirements to receive his commission from the State of California as a Notary Public, and has also become an Enrolled Agent – able to represent clients under audit before the IRS.

Diana has spent most of her career in corporate finance. She's a Registered Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper with a QuickBooks Online Certification. She also holds a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA from Woodbury University.
